as requested, i've made a new thread with the info i posted on a previous thread.
this is intended for young jws who have woken up from their anesthesia but still cannot move, or in other words, have learned ttatt but are still living with parents and are afraid of getting kicked out if they make their opinions/findings known.
i am included in this group of people, because i myself still live at home with parents.
My daughter is at phase 7
fortunatley for her, should she get the swift kick (likely from her dirtbag stepdad) she has my place to come to, and a few real true non JW friends.
its not easy guiding these kids out, you worry about them when they are not in your care....

so many cars (40odd) thru my fingers, i wish i could have kept all of them in a warehouse...could probably pay of the mortgage with them all today!

before i acquired a skill, i worked retail.
like many jobs that work non-traditional hours, when you apply for a job in retail or a restaurant or something, you have to tell them what hours you are available to work.
now most people looking for a job, unless they are in school or something, are available to work whenever the job requires.
I almost didnt get the best job of my life because i was JW.
I had been reg pioneering for 3 years or something and had recently stopped as we had a newborn, it was time to get into the real world again...full time work. At the job agency i rang the company about the position and when he asked me why I had a 'gap' in my resume i replied I had been a full time preacher for the Jehovah's witnesses...and back came the response..."in that case mate, not interested in giving you a job. We have one of you here already and he's a pain in tha arse, ones enough."!!
I tell you, I had to sell myself! Got an interview and a second one with the boses wife who was adamant that I not get the job.
I got the job, the JW there WAS a pain in the arse and deserved all the 'persecution and ridicule' he got. He lasted 3 months more.
18 years later, that boss and his wife are my best friends, i would give the guy a kidney if he needed it. There is NOTHING in my life today that I do not owe in part to him and his family.

thats what my soon to be exhusband just said to me.
i finally after 25 years of dealing with him and the jws and a litany of other shit, told him two weeks ago i want out.
he wrote me a letter this week and made a list of allllll the things he hates: about my beliefs, the fact that i left jehovah, broke my vows to god, my hobbies, celebrations, what i watch on tv, my parenting, keeping the kids out of the jws, not having any friends....and then said well i dont hate "you".
He said well....I dont plan on staying single long but then that will be up to what you do.
Here is what the conversation really sounds like:

WT picking what they hope is an easy target. BUT, i also think deaf people just like those with no hearing imparement will make good use of the internet to read...and what they read may well turn them off the WTs youtubes. In the end the only fans will be JWs anyway...

Like so many that lose court cases, the Watchtower resorts to picking over technicalities of law and ignore the real facts of the trial.
I hope they do get a retrial..... and lose a billion dollars for it second time round.
